Admission at Green Time Education is a fair and transparent process. We look for students who will thrive in our holistic environment and families who share our commitment to academic and moral excellence.
Registration
Obtain and submit the registration form from the school office during admission hours.
Assessment
Child undergoes age-appropriate oral, written, or personality assessments.
Interview
A friendly discussion with both the child and parents to understand goals and compatibility.
Confirmation
Selected candidates are notified via merit list, followed by fee submission to secure the seat.
AGE CRITERIA
Pre-K
Foundational play and social development.
KG-I
Early language and numeracy introduction.
KG-II
Preparing for primary school transitions.
Primary
Formal academic foundation following Matric system.
EVALUATION
For early years (Pre-K to Grade II), we avoid high-pressure exams. Instead, children are evaluated through a unique Star System:

Good
Satisfactory
Needs Improvement
* Formal exams and board syllabi (SSC) are introduced from Grade VI onwards.
Documents Required
Please ensure you have the following documents ready at the time of registration to avoid delays.
- NADRA Birth Certificate & Form-B
- 4 Recent Passport-sized Photographs
- CNIC Copies of Parents / Guardians
- Employment Proof of Father/Guardian
- Residential Proof (Bill or Agreement)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Previous School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
IMPORTANT NOTE
Green Time Education Academy offers two admission schemes:
1. Regular Scheme: For low-income groups in the catchment
area (subsidized).
2. Self-Financing Scheme: For families opting for full
educational expenses.
